Keep your ERP system standard by adding a streamlined Document Express interface to your ERP output that formats data to custom Payroll Checks and Direct Deposit documents. The MHC Laser Payroll Check Module provides the utmost in security, with password protection, access security, segregation of responsibilities and extensive audit trails for all users and their activity.

Authorized users may access more than 30 permissions to effectively process, manage and administer the application. Payroll Checks and Direct Deposit Documents may then be distributed via local printers, Secure Remote Printing or Paperless Pay via secure e-mail, with encryption or a streamlined interface to ERP Self-Service systems. Pay Stub may be viewed and optional elections for Self-Service E-mail distribution with employee maintenance of password and e-mail address and Disclosure option for communicating important company policies and correspondence when the employee views their Pay Stub on-line.

Document Express maintains a document history of all printed/distributed checks for controlled reprinting, document history review and reporting, and non-negotiable copies. An embedded Archive Tool saves document history to another account for convenient check history inquires and data storage.
